About Us

Founded in 1989, CHBIP Management has grown from one McDonald's restaurant in Northbrook, IL to seven McDonald's restaurants located in Chicago, Cicero, Oak Park, Berwyn, IL. From day one, CHBIP Management has strived to provide customers with a premiere McDonald's experience by delivering quality food and fast service in a family-friendly environment. CHBIP is committed to the communities the restaurants are located in by participating in community outreach and hosting events at their restaurants, such as Coffee with a Commander. CHBIP Management also provides opportunities for their employees to learn and grow through Archways to Opportunities, a McDonald's program that offers tuition assistance, opportunities to graduate from High School or College, and English as a second language classes.
